This is a restaurant in one of these countries ( china , korea , japan )   and this is the dogs hanging in one of the markets      and these dogs r on there way to be killed   then they slaughtered these dogs and cut off the tail    and offcourse boiled in hot water to remove the hair  ( dirty water can imagine how the smell there     then they take the Viscera  viscus (: viscera /ˈvɪsÉ™rÉ™/) is an internal organ of an animal (including humans)  in particular an internal organ of the thorax or abdomen .
