This group was created in late 90s if I remember correctly and we opted for it. 

THERE IS A LINK TO UNSUBSCRIBE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS EMAIL. Clicking that will send an email to yahoo group with subject as unsubscribe and that's how you can unsubscribe!
